Whether you have land that you wish to sell or develop, or would like to 'contract' us to carry out a development on your behalf; we can offer an excellent service. We have an experienced team who can quickly assess the realistic potential of a site, and carry it through to the planning process with the local authorities.
Having obtained planning permission we can then 'develop' the scheme for construction, ensuring that it complies with and indeed exceeds the very latest regulations. Through years of experience we have developed our own formula for construction, which we believe delivers high quality, 'build ability' and most importantly low maintenance. All of our high specification homes are built to the same exacting standards and are fully managed throughout by our own staff.
We can provide a complete service, starting from the bare land to the handing over of the keys. We take on all of the headaches and hassles involved in obtaining the consents and inspections necessary. As well as 'Project Managing' the whole of the construction phase.
Flexibility
Our service is 'bespoke', so whether you purchase off plan; or a completed property, we are always pleased to discuss your changing requirements and implement whatever alterations you would like to make; whether it is merely a change of paint colour, to even re-applying for a change of planning permission to incorporate physical changes to the property.
When you take possession of your property, you will have a home that satisfies all of your requirements and fully complies with your initial conception. The entire construction, including all materials and workmanship is fully guaranteed for twenty five years. In the unlikely event that any non-compliance does arise, then we stand ready to rectify it promptly and with minimum disruption to you.
